Office Staff

Leisa Faler, Office Manager

As our Office Manager Leisa is responsible for insurance billing, credentialing of all therapists, and insuring that the office is running smoothly. She sets the tone for an open, friendly and service oriented patient experience while also encouraging accountability from the first phone call to the final bill.

She enjoys watching patients make progress and get back to the activities that make them feel like they are living a thriving lifestyle. She has been inspired by how active our patients stay as they age.

Leisa has been married to her husband for five years, and between the two of them they have raised five children. In her spare time, Leisa enjoys hiking, gardening, reading, watching the History Channel and cheering for the BSU Broncos. Her big goal for next year is to use her renovating skills to build a cabin in Cascade.

Joelle Spencer,
Patient Services/Reception

Joelle joined Physical Therapy at Thrive, LLC in 2017. She has experience working the front desk at previous physical therapy clinics. Her role at Thrive includes scheduling/reception, checking benefits and eligibility, tracking referrals and authorizations and providing excellent customer service.

In May 2014 she received her Bachelor in Health Sciences from The College of Idaho. She is currently enrolled in the post-baccalaureate program at Idaho State University for Speech and Language Pathology.

Her favorite part about her position is building relationships with patients and watching them make progress during therapy. Outside of work she enjoys anything in the outdoors: backpacking, kayaking, fly fishing, camping, hiking, biking and more. She lives with her boyfriend and 7 year old tabby cat.
